Jessica was born and raised in San Diego. Originally moving to Midland in 2013, she left for a few years and happily returned in 2019! She has maintained a plant-based diet for the past 16 years but found a lack of resources here in Midland. She decided to take matters into her own hands and created her BasinVegan Instagram to do just that. In her spare time, she contacts restaurants to find vegan-friendly options in the most unlikely of places and enjoys sharing it with the local vegan community.
