Shop Policies
The short version: We're a small Midland, TX, team. In-stock items ship fast, or you can pick them up for free downtown. Made-to-order and drop items are printed for you after you order. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll make it right.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only.
- Standard shipping: $7.50 per order
- Free sticker in every shirt order
In-stock items ship within 3 business days of your order. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.
Made-to-order items are printed for you after you order. They usually ship within 5 business days, then take about 3 to 4 business days to arrive.
Drop and pre-order items are printed in one batch after the pre-order window closes. They ship within 14 business days of the close date. Each drop's product page lists its exact dates.
If your package is lost or stuck in transit, email us and we'll help track it down.
Free local pickup
Pick up your order for free at Second Story Coworking, 13th floor, 200 N. Loraine St., Midland, TX 79701.
Choose "Pickup" at checkout. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We'll email you when your order is ready. Give your name and order number at the Second Story front desk. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be shipped to you at the standard rate or refunded, minus any shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges
Something wrong with your order? If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the shipping.
Need a different size? You can exchange unworn, unwashed in-stock items within 30 days of delivery, if we have your size. Email us first. You cover the return shipping, or drop it off at our pickup spot for free.
Final sale: Made-to-order, drop and pre-order items are printed just for you, so we can't take them back for size or change of mind. Last Run and other sale items are also final sale. Damage and printing mistakes are always covered.
Gift cards
Midland AF gift cards are delivered by email and can be used on anything in the shop.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax at checkout where the law requires it.
