This is the biggest, most popular cook off of the year. You won’t want to miss it.
ALL COOKS ENCOURAGED TO JOIN.
You may join in 1 or all categories.
$25 entry each category
Categories are:
Chicken
Ribs
Brisket
Open - Savory
Open - Sweet
Rules for meat:
1 Half chicken
Pork spare ribs or St. Louis style (no baby backs)
Brisket slices
Open categories:
Sweet: dessert
Savory: anything not sweet, popular items are appetizers
All categories must be cooked on site
Turn in times:
Chicken 12:00pm
Ribs 1:00pm
Brisket 2:00pm
Open - Savory 3:00pm
Open - Sweet 4:00pm
Teams may turn in more than 1 item per category, please note it is $25 per turn in.
We like to follow IBCA rules but this is a non sanctioned cook off.
