A new restaurant is coming to Downtown Midland by Chef Chip Hight, the longtime Midland restaurateur behind Opal’s Table and The Hemingway.

Georgie’s Place opens January 26, serving lunch, happy hour, and dinner.

Reservations are strongly recommended and open on Resy on January 24.
