🚴 Bike Ride: Wheels down at 6:15 PM from Trek Midland. Ride together to Green Tree CC, then split into A (20–23 mph), B (16–18 mph), and C (13–15 mph) groups for 3–4 laps before regrouping and returning to the shop by 7:15 PM. All skill levels welcome; minimum ride is about 10 miles.

🏃 5K Run: Join West Athletics Club and 432 Run Crew for a 5K starting from Trek Midland with runners regrouping at the finish and heading back for the post-ride social.

🍔 Social: Everyone is welcome at 7:30 PM for food, refreshments, and good vibes—even if you don't ride or run! Helmets and signed waivers are required for cyclists; lights are recommended at dusk.
