On Tuesday, November 24, our Create Your Calm bar invites you to create a personal essential oil roll-on and choose an intention for the week ahead. Something you can slip into your bag and reach for when you want a small pause.

Choose the scent that feels like your kind of moment:

A Minute for Me: Soft lavender and warm frankincense. “I’m allowed to pause. Everything doesn’t need an answer right now.”
Love Them. Keep Your Peace.: Sweet orange, lavender and frankincense. “I can show up with love without taking everything on.”
Come Back to Yourself: Frankincense, Virginia cedarwood and lavender. “I return to myself, one breath at a time.”
No blending experience needed. Bring a friend, stop in on your own, and give yourself a little room before the holiday rush.

Price: $15per 10 mL roll-on, including the bottle, recipe ingredients, carrier oil and intention card.
Come and go; no appointment needed. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the activity, plus any waiting time.

Please tell us about allergies or scent sensitivities before you begin. Staff can discuss ingredient options, including leaving an essential oil out. Roll-ons are for adult external use; scent and intention rituals are not medical treatments. If pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a relevant medical condition, consult your clinician before use.
