Empath Burnout: When Holding Space Becomes Self-Abandonment

You’re the strong one.
The calm one.
The one everyone calls when things fall apart.

And lately?

You’re tired.

Not just physically tired.
Emotionally depleted.
Mentally overloaded.
Quietly running on empty.

This month in our Empath Support Group, we’re talking about Empath Burnout — the moment when compassion turns into exhaustion and holding space for everyone else starts to cost you your own.

We’ll Gently Explore:

• How to recognize empath burnout before you crash
• The difference between compassion and over-responsibility
• Why empaths struggle to rest without guilt
• Signs you’re absorbing more than you’re meant to carry
• Grounded tools to refill your own cup

This is not a lecture.
It’s a safe, supportive conversation.

No fixing.
No judgment.
No spiritual bypassing.

Just honest dialogue with people who understand what it feels like to feel everything.

If you’ve been:

• Snapping more than usual
• Avoiding people because you’re overwhelmed
• Feeling emotionally numb or overstimulated
• Struggling to set boundaries
• Wondering why you’re so exhausted

You are not failing.
You are likely burned out.

And you don’t have to navigate that alone.

This group is free to attend.
Space is limited to keep the circle intimate.
RSVP encouraged.

Come set it down for a little while.

Event is free to attend, but we kindly ask you to RSVP by messaging us, emailing us or shopping in store to provide your first and last name, email address and phone number.
