Camp Fire West Texas is proud to announce what is sure to become the next big annual event in West Texas, the first ever In The Middle of Nowhere Comedy Festival April 23-26, 2026! 24 comedians from across the country will compete over 3 days for the title of Comedy Festival Champion! There will be 4 competition shows where the audience determines that show's winner. The final show will feature the winners from each of the 4 shows. Each show will feature a different nationally known headline performer and all shows will be hosted by the Queen of West Texas Comedy, the one and only Stephanie Cook "Shonuf"! Save the dates and make plans to attend one if not all of the shows at the historic Yucca Theater in downtown Midland. This is a fundraising event benefiting Camp Fire West Texas.
