Senior Land Representative – Chevron MCBU “A brief tour through West Texas History discussing how the raw untamed land that once was Texas was divvied out to American settlers to create what is now one of the most prolific and productive wealth generators in world.” Patrick grew up and spent his life in the Permian Basin. He graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 1997, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications, and attended Baptist Seminary through the BH Carrol Theological Institute, earning a Master of Arts in Religion in 2018. While earning his undergraduate degree, he worked 15-years as full-time police officer for both the Midland Police Department and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. While earning his advanced degree, he worked full-time as a Landman in the Permian Basin. During his time with Chevron, Patrick has supported asset development of the Midland Basin and is a legacy team member for Chevron’s Midland Central Corridor (MCC) shale development. Patrick’s wide-ranging experience in land development is being relied on outside Chevron’s asset development by assignment of various special projects where specialized and advanced land development knowledge is a key driver to success.
