A crystal, stone, oil blend, or other supportive items will be suggested to you that will aid and support you in your own healing journey. If any spirit guides, loved ones, or angels step forward, this information will be shared with you, as well as what is intuitively received about your aura, physical body, or any trapped energy that is present and what it may or may not relate to within your path. Depending on the session chosen, One 0r all 7 seven main chakras will be accessed, open if needed, cleared energetically of any trapped energy, and balanced as needed. When connected and working with your soul's energy and your own aura, there may be "stored" past energetic trauma from relationships, inner child trauma, mother wounds, father wounds, or empath wounds from this life or from a past life contract (karmic cords, chains, curses, bonds, or other connections) present within the body.
