Take a moment for you and join us for a heart-centered yoga experience designed especially for empaths, intuitives, and kindred spirits. This gentle, all-levels class is a sacred invitation to slow down, reconnect, and pour love back into your own cup.
Led by the nurturing and soulful Laura, we’ll begin with calming breathwork and gentle movements to ease into our bodies. From there, you’ll explore deeper stretches in the shoulders, hips, and spine, followed by a flowing sequence accessible to all. We’ll end in a restful savasana, allowing your energy to realign and your spirit to soften.
Throughout the practice, we’ll hold the intention of gratitude and self-care—thanking our bodies for all they carry and honoring exactly where we are on our journey. Set to the sounds of traditional yoga melodies, soft drums, and occasional chants, this class offers both healing and harmony for body, mind, and soul.

Meet Laura:A longtime practitioner and passionate teacher since 2010, Laura completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Midland in 2024. Her classes reflect her deep belief in kindness, inclusion, and making yoga welcoming and accessible for every body.
