The Midland Police Department and Midland Parks and Recreation are teaming up once again to host Halloweenfest on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6–8 PM.

This FREE, family-friendly event will feature:
Trunk or Treat with candy for all ages
Games and activities
Treats galore and plenty of Halloween fun

Costumes are encouraged, so grab your ghouls and goblins and join us for a spooktacular evening under the stars at Hogan Park.
