AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS IN MIDLAND, TX
The Scharbauer Flats is an affordable living apartment complex located in Midland, Texas. To maintain the affordability of the complex, Scharbauer Flats participates in an affordable housing program. This affordable housing program takes into consideration the gross annual income of the household.
Gross annual income is determined by wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family and friends, lottery winnings, etc.
You must make 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify for a lease at Scharbauer Flats. Gross annual income must fall below the income limits based on the number of occupants living in the household before deductions.

IN THE HOME
In your new apartment home at Scharbauer Flats, you’ll find a number of luxury amenities that will make your apartment feel like home.
Starting from the front door, each home is equipped with an electronic key fob deadbolt locking system. Once you walk in you’re met with 9’ ceilings, ceiling fans, a semi-private patio or balcony (with extra storage), central heating and air conditioning, designer lighting and hardware, and luxury vinyl wood-plank flooring throughout. And the best part? A full-size washer and dryer are included in every home.
In your kitchen, you will find sleek and modern kitchen cabinetry, a fully equipped Energy Star kitchen appliance package, and a kitchen island and pantry in select homes.
Your new bedroom will feature a walk-in closet along with an additional linen closet in the bathroom.
Moving in with a furry friend? Scharbauer Flats welcomes both dogs and cats in this community as they are a pet-friendly apartment in Midland, TX. There is a one-time, refundable deposit at the time of move-in of $150. An additional fee of $150 per household is due at the time of move-in as well. You also will not have to worry about pet rent every month either.
